Description:QUILT BLOCK-OF-THE-MONTH 2010PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLUB HAS ALREADY STARTED, SO NO NEW REGISTRATIONS CAN BE MADE.Starts Sat Jan 9, 2010  Cost: $19.95 to join – monthly kits are free if the customer brings in on the designated Saturday the previous month’s block, completed correctly and the finished measurement is 16 ½” X 16 ½”. New block kits will be available for pick-up the 2nd Saturday of each month. Kits may be picked at any time on the 2nd Saturday of the month between 9:30am and 5:00pm. If you are unable to, you may have a friend bring in your correctly completed block and sign for your next month’s block on that one day. If your block is not picked up on the designated Saturday, you will have to pay a $10.00 fee to pick up the missed block. On the designated Saturday a Mulqueen representative will examine the completed block from the prior month and mark it as completed on the BOM check-off list. The customer/friend will then sign for a new BOM kit for and receive the current month for free. A sample block will be on display during the month. A Mulqueen representative will be available on the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00am until noon to give tips, hints, and answer questions regarding the current block. If membership is available and a customer wants to begin the club after the start date, previous kits may be available for purchase. The customer must pay the $19.95 fee to join, plus a $10.00 purchase price for each of the missed kits. If a customer completes multiple months successfully and then wishes to purchase the remainder of the kits all at once, a $10.00 fee will be charged for each kit. Finishing Kits will be available on a first come first serve basis. The cost of a Finishing Kit is $59.95 which includes the center medallion, 3 borders and all sashing strips. Finished size of the quilt is approximately 95" x 95". The $19.95 membership fee is non-refundable. NOTE: We may have to make substitutions on some of the fabric, depending on the number of people who sign up for the Club.
